TERMS & CONDITIONS

Flame + Fortune Club Terms and Conditions

1. Subscription Agreement

By subscribing to Flame + Fortune Club, you agree to receive a monthly delivery of either a full candle or refill as per the selected subscription plan. All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of 3 months.

2. Subscription Plans and Pricing

Full Candle Subscription: $37.99/month + postage

Refill-Only Subscription: $28.50/month + postage

Prices are subject to change, but subscribers will be notified of any price changes before the next billing cycle.

3. Payment and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date each month. Payments are processed automatically, and charges will be applied to the payment method you provided during sign-up. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is up to date.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription after the initial 3-month commitment period. Cancellations must be requested at least 5 business days before the next scheduled billing date. No refunds will be issued for partially completed subscription months.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Subscriptions are dispatched on the 1st of each month. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Flame + Fortune Club is not responsible for delays or lost items once they have been shipped.

6. Pickup Option (Local)

For subscribers located in Albany, WA, the option to pick up candles in-store is available. If you choose this option, shipping fees will be waived. Pickup orders must be collected within 30 days of notification that your candle is ready.

7. Limited Edition Scents

Each candle or refill features a unique, limited edition fragrance exclusive to Flame + Fortune Club subscribers. These fragrances are not available for purchase outside of the subscription. However, if any leftover stock is available after dispatch, these scents may be offered for sale on our website at full price, not at the discounted subscriber price.

8. No Coupon Codes on Subscriptions

Coupon codes or promotional discounts cannot be applied to subscription plans. Subscription prices are fixed and cannot be combined with any other offers.

9. Changes to Subscription

Flame + Fortune Club reserves the right to modify subscription plans, pricing, or product offerings. Any significant changes will be communicated to you in advance.

10. Privacy and Security

Your personal information will be kept secure and will only be used for processing your subscription and providing customer support. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

11. Liability

Flame + Fortune Club is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our products. Always follow the safety instructions included with each candle.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can, however there is a three-month minimum subscription term. This is because we pre-plan our limited edition fragrances in advance, ensuring we make enough for every subscriber.

When will I be charged each month?

You'll be billed on the 1st of each month and we dispatch on the 1st and 2nd of the month.

Can I subscribe any time?

Yes, you can subscribe at any time. If you subscribe after the 1st of the month, your first candle delivery will be the 1st of the following month (you won't be charged for that following month).

What sort of fragrances can I expect?

Expect the unexpected! We curate these divine fragrances to deliver you something unique, luxe and mysterious! We base our fragrances off popular top and bottom notes, so we can create blends we think you'll love!

How big are the candles?

They're the same size as our normal candles, so 400g. They are big!

Can I just get refills each month instead of the full candle?

You certainly can! Just select 'Refill Only' near the buy button above.

I'm in Albany, can I collect my subscription candles?

Yes, you can! We're located at the Bayonet Head Shopping Centre!
